Timers do not work.
The lights I purchased use this app.
A major selling point is the ability to control them from my phone.
This is useless if the timer won’t work.
If I attempt to use them the clock defaults to current time on off or 0:00 on off.
It never remembers the timers.
But turning off the lights at the switch deletes all other settings.
I have wasted my money.

Terrible App
Lights don’t connect to the app. App searches for the lights but fails every time. Running iPhone 13 on latest software and app up to date. These lights sill be getting returned.
Doesn’t sync to music library
So you pay money for NOMA and the app is supposed to sync to your music library well it doesn’t sync to Apple Music so the app is a load of rubbish.
Update stopped lights connecting
After the most recent update my lights stopped working. They are detected via Bluetooth but the app will not connect. Very frustrating as they were working perfectly the day before
App not working - update
Since the last update it no longer connects to the lights and just times out. I am now unable to change them so what is the point!! Please fix this asap, this is the worst time for this to happen!

Apple Music only!
At the start of December everything seemed to work okay. Since updating the software it’s changed. App finds the lights but times out before connecting. It’s also very disappointing that the music is only supported by using Apple. Not Spotify!

The latest app update has rendered these lights completely useless.
The app can no longer connect to the lights so once they’ve been unplugged and forgotten the mode and timer settings they can’t be reset.
The default modes appear to be various speeds of plain white flashing.
Unless this is fixed by the time lights go on sale for next Christmas these are going in the bin.
Really disappointed.

Stopped working
Since you updated the app few days ago I can no longer connect to my lights. It can find my lights but cannot connect. “Connection timed out”. Tried deleting and reinstalling app. Unplugged lights and reconnected. Nothing works.

1.2.7 No longer works - doesn’t connect
The latest update fails to connect to the lights and renders them useless other than the default colours. Christmas over - let’s hope it’s rectified before December!!
Not working 😢
Absolutely loved these app been using for a year however, since the latest update I can switch them on but cannot change any of the settings. Really hope this is rectified soon.
App doesn’t work
This app has never been great but after the update it won’t even connect to the lights making them pointless. Zero support and literally nothing online. Avoid buying these lights.
What happened???
App was working fine until latest update 2 days ago, now no matter what I try I can’t connect to my lights and neither can my partner, we keep getting a timeout message when trying to connect!!
Updated app and no longer works
It’s never been a great app, but since latest update I cannot connect to the lights anymore so now the lights are useless and you have no way of reporting a problem hence the 1 star review.
App no longer works
I can no longer connect to my lights after the latest update (1.2.7). Lights are detected but I now get a connection time out error when trying to select them. I now can’t turn the lights on/off!
You broke it
App was working fine but the latest version no longer connects to the lights. Please fix or re-release the previous version asap.

Basic user interface that is very poorly designed and not compatible when running iOS in Dark mode.
Lights are great - the app is not!
Lights are wonderful but this app is terrible! Can’t actually see what times I’m selecting for the timer and can only sync the lights with Apple Music not Spotify.
Don’t work.
There WiFi app has it all but this one fails to work on every level. Needs serious work. However the lights them-self work. Shame really

Timer screen - no times shown when trying to change, just blank and no pattern to the ‘wheel’ so impossible to manually step through meaning that this feature is unusable.
On top of this, settings aren’t remembered when power is turned off, so can’t use a ‘Wi-Fi’ plug to set own timer/use as Wi-Fi lights.
Lights are great - just most features are pointless as can’t use them effectively!
Please fix URGENTLY!
