Your website is a low quality embarrassing for a big corporation
You should be embarrassed at the low quality of this website so many old stories that never updated headlines written from a day or two before the in accessibility to the visually impaired just so many factors that make this an embarrassment to accompany with so much money and such a low level website

We will miss Spectrum
We’ve been with Spectrum for about nine years, excellent reception and customer service. Unfortunately Spectrum did not offer our community a new contract so within a few months, we will be forced to go back to FIOS. Not as good as Spectrum.
Weather Radar is Excellent
I really like your interactive radar especially the history/present time view and the projected one time forecast which in my location have proven to be remarkedly reliable. Great job!

Too costly
Spectrum costs too much. Spectrum did a software update in the middle of snowstorm leaving people without tv, phone, basically stranded for hours. Little respect for senior citizens
