Great Functionality and Extremely Useful
I’ve been using this app for over 4 years now, and it’s been very easy to use and track my car activity on! Would recommend to anyone else who wants a piece of mind for their children and loved ones!
Customer Support is Non-Existent
I’m having trouble with the App. And I’ve tried to reach Support multiple times for over two weeks- email & phone- and no one responds. My advice, get a different App 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
I would try something else
The app works sometimes, the interface is very quirky. Also trying to cancel is very difficult. I was also charged double 2 days apart and sent them the screen shot from my bank multiple via emails and got vague replies with no actual resolution. Meh…. move on to something to more professional if you are considering this app.

Good App
This seems to be accurate with where the car has been driven, the only incorrect information is distance. I know the distance to work is double than what it seems to be tracking.
Slider bar missing
This latest update removed the slider bar on the replay view. I would really like that feature to return.
App is going down hill
I have used this app over a year and have seen it improve over that time but lately it is having some issues that I have reported multiple times without resolve.
The tracking is not working!

Quirky system. Have to login EVERY SINGLE TIME on my phone just to figure out where my drivers are.
Tracker review
The tracker updates frequently and in near real time. (I’m on the 12 dollar plan) It keeps track of everything. Speed, excessive braking, has geo fencing abilities. Best 75 dollars spent for peace of mind.
If someone phone dies and the car gets stuck or stranded you will know where to send a tow truck or where to go to help. This product has a great many uses.
Will update if my opinion changes, but so far so good.
Took a minute to first get active. I made my account and linked the product, it told me the car drove to the guangdong province of China from Indiana... in 60 minutes!
Unplugged from the port in the car and plugged it back in, worked perfect ever since

Freezing
Every time you need to check where your vehicle is have to restart the app because it will not show the location.
App is crashing on ios
The latest version is crashing on ios. It is suppose to fix the reports of mileage as the metrics shown on the web differs from mobile app. Now with this crash happening, the app is completely useless. Not worth to $8 per month subscription fee for the device when there are no metrics
Something wrong after latest update
The keeps crashing upon opening. I’ve deleted and reinstalled but it is still happening.

The app crashes instantly upon activation on both my iPhone SE and iPad 2017.
