Drivers never show up, constantly cancel rides. The app will randomly tell you it doesn’t do business in that city even if you just ordered a taxi from the same place earlier that day. Drivers will say they are on the way and just never arrive until you get a text from a random number telling you to cancel, just overall horrible app and horrible drivers

Worse than useless
Downloaded app. Booked Tirana-TEG for 07.00 in the morning. Of course, no taxi. Search in app to discover the taxi was cancelled by admin shortly after booking. Do not use this company or app for any vital journey such as airport transfers.

Good idea and similar to Uber but a lot still needs doing in terms of location mos times not updating and distance and TOA most times inaccurate. With a bit of work in the app, it could be great!

User friendly and Upfront Fares
I use the app of Speed Taxi Albania usually on rainy days and the taxi always comes on time and there are no delays. Also the customer line is very friendly and helpful and willing to help always. Totally recommend this app for taxi service users but also for those who usually get late for work. Recommend it totally !

Errored as soon as I tried using it
Installed the app, created an account, tried to add a debit card, the app errored something about “Stripe”. Uninstalled app. Never again.

Rip Off
App does not show price. Once your in Taxi driver says price by km. A ride that should cost 6 euro was 18 euro.

No taxis on map. Regular workday in the middle of Tirana.

Instead of selecting one’s location and destination and then a taxi comes, the App asks user to pick a taxi on the map, but there are no taxis shown on map.
Also, instead of inputting one’s address / location in app, the App asks to tap on screen map, but map is not very responsive.

Don’t both with this app. It does not function properly. You can’t book any taxi’s on it.
