Bonjour,
Attention au paiement par carte. Il se peut que, lorsque vous saisissez votre carte sur l’application, celle-ci vous affiche « Paiement échoué, réessayer ».
Vous pensez alors que le paiement n’a pas fonctionné et décidez de payer directement le chauffeur (grosse erreur).
En réalité, le paiement n’aura pas forcément échoué et vous serez tout de même débité (pensez à vérifier vos e-mails). Le chauffeur vous aura donc encaissé deux fois.
Lorsque vous contactez le support pour demander un remboursement, impossible de faire quoi que ce soit : aucune trace du paiement, alors que le chauffeur les a appelé pour clôturer la course.
En bref, ne vous faites pas avoir et privilégiez le paiement en espèces.

Very bad drivers perves and pedofil the driver name DURI BALLA he asked to share the number and yo have converstation with him i don't feel safe and i will not use anymore this app

Just awful
Drivers never show up, constantly cancel rides. The app will randomly tell you it doesn’t do business in that city even if you just ordered a taxi from the same place earlier that day. Drivers will say they are on the way and just never arrive until you get a text from a random number telling you to cancel, just overall horrible app and horrible drivers

Price
I dont understand how the calculated price can differ as much from the real price as they do. We had the price in the app +400 lek for a drive from Tirana to the airport and it was still more expensive. The driver was very friendly and said its okay after we came up like 150 lek short but all in all i wouldnt book with this app its very misleading you would be better off booking trough booking.com

Downloaded app. Booked Tirana-TEG for 07.00 in the morning. Of course, no taxi. Search in app to discover the taxi was cancelled by admin shortly after booking. Do not use this company or app for any vital journey such as airport transfers.

Non si può inserire la carta di credito quindi il pagamento è solo in contanti. Questa app di fatto è inutile.

Sehr unzuverlässig, die Fahrten wurden zum Teil vom Fahrer bestätigt- dieser schrieb dann jedoch dass es zu günstig ist und er mehr Geld wolle.

GPS position
Often when I open the app it says that I’m located in the Guinea’s gulf in Africa instead of Tirana, and I can’t use the app! It’s clearly a bug, please fix this!
Useful
Good idea and similar to Uber but a lot still needs doing in terms of location mos times not updating and distance and TOA most times inaccurate. With a bit of work in the app, it could be great!
