FAQ

What is Speed the Card Game Spit Slam?

Speed the Card Game Spit Slam is a digital adaptation of the fast-paced card game Speed, also known as Spit or Slam. The objective is for each player to be the first to get rid of all their cards by playing them onto a central 'Play Pile' in ascending or descending order.

How do you play Speed the Card Game Spit Slam?

Players are dealt hands and draw piles. You can play a card from your hand onto the 'Play Pile' if it is one number higher or lower than the top card. Aces and 2s are also playable on each other. When your hand is low, you draw from your 'Draw Pile'. The first player to empty their hand and draw pile wins.

Is Speed the Card Game Spit Slam free to play?

The application is free to download and play. It does offer in-app purchases and may display advertisements, which are common monetization strategies for free mobile games.

Can I play Speed the Card Game Spit Slam with friends?

Yes, the game features an online multiplayer mode allowing you to play live with other players. It also offers an offline mode for practicing or playing without an internet connection.

What makes this card game different from Solitaire?

Unlike Solitaire, which is typically a single-player game focused on building tableau piles, Speed is a competitive, fast-paced multiplayer game where players race to discard their cards onto a shared play pile. It's significantly more action-oriented and less strategic than traditional Solitaire.
