If I could tell you one thing it is do not use these guys they start out okay and it seems easy and cool but they will do nothing to help you out and then they act like theres this big team of people and no one kniws what the others are doing when it’s really just the one plat for speed that controls all the mini apps it’s just a way to push you aside and not help

2FA problem in the app
I am experiencing a critical issue with two-factor authentication (2FA). For the last four days, I have been unable to access my account because I am not receiving the OTP verification code through either SMS or email. This has left me locked out of my account. How can I send crytop out after buying it keeps asking me to add more cash before I can send and I’ve already added $250 , if I can’t send 250 out after verification and all why should I add more . Sounds risky

So far app and all its features have been quite successful. Looks good, clean and very simple to use. Can’t be more straightforward than what the app already offers you.
Money frozen account signed out!
My withdrawal has been stuck on “sending” without it actually going in the BTC network. Support is unresponsive and my money is being held hostage. After I said to escalate they signed me out and won’t let me sign in! Filing a report if they don’t respond now.
