Horrible App
Mine worked one day then it went berserk! The number in the center would sometimes be upside down, or one of the two numbers displayed would be upside down! The numbers and letters in the corner were also very unstable. I’m deleting this thing!
App is crap
Expensive for what it is. Cheap looking not to mention there is no app or way to see what top speed is. Literally just numbers.

Hi there, you can view your top speed by pinching the screen. This will shrink your central speed display, and bring in Heading, Time, Top Speed, and Units. Each of these can be tapped to toggle or reset. The retro segmented LCD display look might not be your acquired taste, but it's clear from the screenshots that this is what you're buying. Looks so good in the day and night. Leagues above the rest in terms of usability. Initially I had had a problem with my phone, thought it was the app, so contacted the developer and he helped me fix the issue with my phone! The app wasn't even the problem but the dev helped. Thanks!

Good App
I've been using SpeedGlow as my speedometer in my car for several months, so I felt it was time to write a review. It's a very simple, clean, & to the point app. It shows your current speed in either kph or mph, and it displays big numbers if you orient the phone, portrait-wise. It's very legible, which is good. When I'm driving, I don't have to squint to see how fast I'm going.
This app is good, but I feel like it could be better. I wish there was a way to choose what font & exactly what colors to be used. I like the LCD font used, but I wish I could use another font to match my car's speedometer more. However, that's just a minor thing.
The tutorial drives me nuts at times. If you accidentally touch the tutorial icon while you're driving, it'll sometimes force you to go through it. The other night, no matter how many times I pressed to skip help, it kept looping through all the steps, and I had no clue how fast I was driving. I'm not sure if it was a bug, or if my iPhone's touchscreen was acting up, but it was very extremely frustrating.
Sometimes, I also feel like the GPS isn't as accurate at times. Or perhaps, it is accurate, but just refreshes slower than I'm used to.
All in all, I still think it's a good app, better at displaying the information I need clearer than other speedo/HUD apps out there. Definitely worth checking out!

I have had this app for six months now and I use it every day, as I drive a highway coach. Buy it boys...and girls!!!

Great App....
I love this App. I've paid for others and none have really hit it on the mark like SpeedGlow. That being said, there are two things I would really like to see. 1) The color options are good, but because I use this on a motorcycle, the black background tends to give me a lot of reflection. The addition of White backgrounds (or some other light colors) and contrasting font colors, would make it a better experience for me.
2) The brightness control that shows in the previous version's notes as a "coming soon" feature... again, night driving would be a bit better if I could dim the brightness.. while in cage or on motorcycle. It's been a year since the last update... how soon before this comes out?

Just wanted something red and digital with speed, direction and time. Looks good, and simple.
Great App... White numbers please
Tried a couple of other apps. This one is the best. It has no gimmicks. Just tells me my speed. Please update colours to use a basic WHITE please. Otherwise perfect. Thanks
AWESOME APP
Best speedometer app I have found!!! Great display, easy to use, and love how you can set an alarm for a specified speed. Overall very impressed. I recommend this app to all.
Good App
With bigger rims on my car, my normal speedometer is no longer 100% accurate. This app makes me more confident that I'm going the correct speed. However, it's a bit delayed and my speed fluctuates sometimes. The speed alarm could be a little more noticeable. Maybe the speed should flash red when you go over the set speed.

Too slow
It way to slow. Shows correct speeds but with a 3- 10 sec delay.
Not great
Works well if you are driving at a constant speed. With little variance. And keeping track of your top speed is nice. But if you are a spirited driver. It's not for you. A lot of lag on hard acceleration.

Very Useful App
I never write reviews not even bad ones but this app and developer deserves it. This app works flawlessly in Florida from Orlando to Homosassa and possibly everywhere I have not tried. Never had a problem my speedometer does not work but I know this works when I'm on the highway on cruise control keeping my speed and mostly everyone speed is the same if not a little faster witch is normal. This Refreshes by the second so it's not going to go up in speed as fast as your car but will keep up very well. Nice app and very reliable.
