Good luck with the install. No instructions with kit. No support from Speedir. No help on the app. Their phone number does not work. They won’t return your email. They won’t respond on social media. I can’t find anywhere else to leave a bad review. So here it is. Be careful. Unless you are a car audio shop, I’m not sure how any other shop or customer can figure this out.

App No Longer Works At All
The App was never very good but it is the backup to access their camera if a video screen is unavailable. Just when this became the case I found out that the App no longer works at all. I have flagged this with the company separately and they recognise that there is an issue.
SpeedIR make useful thermal cameras that cost thousands so not having a working App would be a serious issue for both current customers and ongoing sales.

This app is not that good. It drops connection. It would be better if connection would be with a Bluetooth instead of Wi-Fi.This App needs a data connection also otherwise wouldn’t connect. if you’re in the area, when is no data signal, the picture freezes and won’t connect again.
