Would love to see some different gauge styles and also a CarPlay widget. I just got a motorcycle CarPlay tablet and would love to see gps speed on the display since my bike model is notorious for inaccurate speedometer.
The map layout is great but the speedo display in the map needs to be larger in the corner. Too small.

best GPS speedo app
worked a charm when i was driving my old Jeep Grand Cherokee and the speedometer crapped out!

love the mapping of a trip but would like more detail for street and road names. Love the app!
Better out there-antiquated
Seemed good for the price, but then after paying I tried to use features claimed (graphing) only to find that the only graph available was the maybe 2 minutes of your most recent location and that the raw data could be saved and used with excel (or other spreadsheet) but I would have to build the spreadsheet to show the graph. I wrote Hans ‘Fritz’ about this and got no reply.
The other thing is it locks up at opening… looks like it working then doesn’t give a reading so be sure to give it a second or two of movement to see if it is activated before driving off.
Much better out there for a few dollars more.

Auxiliary speedometer
I have a car with an intermittent dashboard light. After dark I pull out my cellphone and say, “Seri, open Speedbox”. The size of Speedbox’s numbers are limited only by the size of my cellphone’s screen.
I checked its accuracy in the daylight and it stayed within 1mph of my car’s speedometer.
It keeps track of your average speed, maximum speed, even your altitude and will draw a graph of your speed.
And if you want, you can set a top speed you want to travel and if you exceed that speed it will sound a noise to alert you.
The only problem I have found is with the feedback page, It doesn’t have six stars.
