September 28, 2026

The indoor/outdoor switch has moved to this screen's top-right corner - New workout history on Apple Watch: tap the bottom-left button on Speedown's main screen to review recent workouts, including distance, time, pace, route and average heart rate. Older workouts are on your iPhone - Redesigned post-workout summary on Apple Watch, now with your outdoor route, matching the new workout history - iPhone onboarding now helps you set a heart rate target - If another app takes over the workout session, Speedown now lets you know and keeps timing and the metronome going, but stops vibrating on a frozen heart rate reading - Workouts resume more reliably if Speedown quits unexpectedly, with more accurate pause state and duration - The metronome now retries automatically when another app is using audio - Fixed the zone name under the ring on the watch always showing Cardio - Fixed the first Digital Crown turn in watch settings switching a preset zone to Custom without changing the number (or skipping a value)
