This is a scam

After asking my email, it says it’s in private beta. So, why did Apple publish this app? Of course, Apple was scammed too.

Odd issue

Was downloading it, I live in Dallas Texas and was warned when I signed up that it's only available in New York City. If this was the case why advertise it as a opportunity to test your ISP? Is it difficult to place a disclaimer stating only available in : X,Y,Z? Car agencies etc do this all the Time. What a waste of data
