Hello, We are really sorry, and we apologize for the inconvenience. Did you contact Apple to get a refund (as the developers of the app we are not able to issue any refund) ? My team did some test today regarding your issue. Everything worked fine on our side. After subscribing for a monthly subscription, you should be able to measure speeds for one month without using speed tokens. Please try again and let us know if the issue has been solved.
