アプリが落ちてしまいます。

便利で大変助かっていましたが、アプリが突然おちて開かなくなりました。再インストールするとまた一旦はたちあがるのですが、すぐに落ちてしまいます。
どこに問い合わせればいいのかもわからず改善お願いします。それともこちら側の問題なのでしょうか？教えて欲しいです。
