Speedy Note is now compatible with iOS 14.5 or higher. Speedy Note accepts MIDI input either hardwired through the Lightning port (you will need a midi interface) or using a Bluetooth LE MIDI device. Silent mode.

Not worth it

For a $2 app, really should have some more variety in the exercises. There are web sites with free versions of similar learning tools that are just as good. At the very least, the other chefs should be included.
