Robot voice with bad pronunciation
Yeah just bad interface. I’m unsure why it has it have its own keyboard instead of the iOS built in one. It also has terrible voice synthesis.
would rate 5 stars if…
I would give this app 5 stars if they slowed the voice down. It is too hard to tell what they are saying. my daughter gets to work on all her words and I can even create lists for her to practice. Please slow down the speaker so you can understand the words being spoken.
Waste of Money
The quality of the voice recording is so bad that you can’t understand what is being said. Impossible to tell the difference between “an”, “and”, and “am”. My daughter is using a new iPad, so it’s not the device, just bad software.
Terrible!!!!
On some of the levels in tests it requires hyphens but there are no hyphens on the key board!!!! I got my hopes up for a great app considering it was three bucks but it was not good:(
No apostrophe
App doesn’t allow you to create spelling words with apostrophes. If this gets fixed, I’ll higher my rating.

It says the word then the mixed up letters are on the bottom and that is the practice the test has every letter in the alphabet I is helping!

It keeps shutting off and I can not add all the spelling words I need to.
Could be better
I had high hopes for this. Especially since it was 3 bucks! You have a hard time understanding the voiceover! If you mess up, you can not go back and delete or edit. Don’t waste your money!
Excellent for Studying for Spelling Bee
Purchased this to help my daughter study for her 4th Spelling Bee. There were 240 words, I created 12 practice lists for her to review using the app.
Playing the game really made learning fun. She had two weeks to prepare. Totally excited to tell you that she WON! This app was her secret to success.
