I love this app
I am trying to learn Russian and I can read the words but don’t know what they mean. This app is great because it has you spell the word which helps memorize it but the app also shows what the word says. I would like there to be more words at some point but I’m happy the way it is. It would be great if you could practice sentences too. Love it

This app is so cool this helps me learn russian and I give it a 5 star rating cuz this is so cool maybe when I’m done I can show my mom all my russian skills and she’s going to be impressed man I waist that happens right now.

An excellent app considering it’s free. Especially for students not in an academic setting who would tend to avoid spelling Russian words. I’ve found it to be a fun way to really improve my Russian.

Great app
Great app to learn and memorise new vocabularies as well as to get used to the Russian cursive alphabet, which is incredibly useful for any Russian learners.
Introduces Russian spelling perfectly
The format, in which you hear the pronunciation of a Russian word and have to spell it, is extremely challenging and therefore very effective. The app is beautiful to look at and use.

Good help for recognizing cursive Russian and the alphabet too.
Faulty translations
While this app is useful to practice your cursive Cyrillic, it also comes with some mistranslations - like showing the word for “sun” while asking for “sunny”. So, use it for spelling practice if you must, but be aware that you may be picking up wrong terminology while doing so.

Very helpful app for getting an intuition of Russian spelling.
Good training tool
I like it but wish there was a print feature as well as cursive, also most people that that learn start by knowing different symbols and there is no comparison making it harder such as л looking completely different as well as т, I do like it though because it is how native Russians write, just confusing, but otherwise a very good app.

Great app to learn with
Love the way it allows you to switch between keyboard style type and cursive. I also like that it allows you to redo the list after being told the total number of errors you made. Would like to see a way to review list before it asks you to spell though.

I never write reviews but this is worth it! So happy to have found this app. Im an america who learned to speak russian from my parents but never solidified my reading and writing skills. This app really helped me take my basic knowledge of russian letters and find confidence in really knowing the sound if each letter and how to use it in spelling. I was happily surprised to see they have cursive letters as well (something i was struggling to learn) and learned them literally in 5 minutes. This app is great because it teaches you through implementation. I cannot be happier with how it was made! I hope the makers with create an app for reading words, sentences and paragraphs faster! :)
