DO NOT BUY
This app doesn't even work. I didn't see any reviews posted until after I wasted a ton of money. The home screen looks like a screenshot of an 80s program. We can get one click beyond and then nothing happens. I would like my money back.
Don't buy
For some reason showed "no ratings" so I didn't bother to look at reviews. Big mistake-there were actually several one and two star reviews. The app is useless because of two flaws: the robotic voice mumbles so is barely comprehensible; and no text ever shows even when it would be appropriate (e.g. the multiple choice answers are invisible). In addition no definitions. Boggles the mind that it could cost $14 except, in retrospect, as a trap for the unwary like myself.

SOOOO NOT WORTH IT
It is not a good app at all. It costs way too much for an app so poorly made. It is impossible to understand the pronouncer and the multiple choice answers don't even appear. If you want to waste money, buy this app!
Not worth it
It is definitely not worth 14 dollars. If it had and actual pronouncer and not just a robot speaking, and you could ask the definition; language of origin etc., then it would be fine. I would expect this app to be two dollars.
Would be hesitant to buy
I find little to recommend this app over less expensive apps. The app does pronounce words as do other apps. Does not, to my knowledge, accept voice input for spelling, which would set it apart. As stated it does not have definitions. I find this weird for such an expensive app, given a definition or use in a sentence are requests the speller may ask for during a contest. I would not only expect definitons but also perhaps word origins ... Perhaps latin and greek origin if appropriate. There are many different methods for memorizing words .... Defintion, use in sentence, word origin, etc are ways people memorize words in addtion to rote methods and phonetic sounding out words. Lastly does not permit creating your own word lists. If what you want is a large list of words to practice with this app is for you.
