Frequently fails to load the next exercise. Some exercises can not be loaded at all blocking progress. These bugs can be very frustrating for children.

My brother is going to school, and he finds this app very very useful. I hope this apps goes on the front page because it helps kids a lot.
No Support, Family Sharing doesn’t work
We Submitted the form on their website for support and got a php website error. There’s no way to contact anyone for help.
This is supposed to support family sharing, but it does not. All family members are asked to purchase again. Restoring purchases loads forever and never restores. So I just wasted $10 for nothing.
I do not recommend this app.

Purchased in game
I purchased in game but it wouldn’t unlock the package for me. Waited for a while and nothing. Closed and tried to purchase again, same thing. Restored and nothing.
Glitch in update.
UPDATE: Developer has been very responsive and is working to resolve issues. Given three stars for customer support, will update again when issues are resolved and games can be played.
Recently bought this app and paid the full $9.99 to unlock all levels because my son loves playing these games at his grandparents’ house. Must have been a glitch with the update, because the app has NONE of the games advertised in the description. Just several versions of ONE very simple and dull game, which isn’t even one included in the description. Tried to reach out to Kidlo to ask for an explanation or a refund and their contact link is broken.

Not phonetics
Potential to be a fun way to learn spellings but it isn’t UK English and the letters aren’t spoken phonetically.
“Ar - ay - tee” spells ‘Rat’ is only going to confuse at this age.

There’s no way to quit out of the game once it’s open. You have to shut down the phone!
Great idea but not UK English
This would have been perfect for my class to help improve their spelling. However, some of the words they have to spell are American English. Come on iTunes, if you are going to advertise in the UK at least make it compatible.
Strange words
Nice graphics but that's it. It has an American voice so my kids struggled to understand what it was asking them to spell. The words for level one were things like 'kiwi' and 'cage'. Not very relevant.

I am a nine year old and I think this is a good app and I know it will help my friend Leah.
Needs work
Multiple choice is only one rather poor way to learn spelling and this app doesn't really teach anything. Also questionable word choices. 'Bane' for a primary student? I don't think so. It's not that it's hard to spell but it's a word that even seniors may not know. And first level is only 20 words and then you have to pay.
