Help!
I really like this game, but now it says "Update to keep playing." I updated it, and now it still says, "update to keep playing." In the App Store, I can't update it, the only option is "open." Now what?

Love the game but the latest update has me stuck on update required.

Loving this game, love how you can store the letters and swap them around to improve your score , but what is the point of collecting all the diamonds/tokens?

What a great game. I used to play a similar word game that was full of ads. This doesn’t have the problem. Like the fact that you collect extra words in categories to earn good rewards. Keep it up. Thoroughly recommended.

This game has potential but misses the mark. You earn gems but there is no purpose to them. There is a very long ad after each completion of the words! It’s enjoyable to figure out the words but that’s about it. Deletion is a definite possibility when there’s really no goal or purpose.
All Progress lost!!
I’ve been enjoying the game enough to purchase the ad free plan. Last night, I was at the top of the leaderboard for this weeks’ “fruit”event with over 65k points.
I logged on this morning to find all of my progress gone - not lower - just gone. The game is acting like I haven’t played a single game this week!
As another reviewer mentioned, there is no “goal” other than the weekly events, and no place to spend the endgame currency. Needless to say, I will not be paying for another month.

We have implemented cloud saving via Game Center in the latest version of the game (go to the gear icon top left side of the main screen, then tap account). Also, if you could tap on the support button in the settings screen and send us more information, we are happy to look into restoring your progress.
Great Game!
I really like this game. It’s very challenging and enjoyable. The only problem I have is that I don’t understand what the gems are for. Maybe I’ll find out later in the game.
How are we supposed to get
The names out of the books if you make us start with the letters I don’t understand why it’s so freakin hard to get 1 letter that we need I spent 50 freakin helps just to get a W and out of 50 I got none
No goal
The game is fun but once you get to a point all you do is gain gems with no way to use them to advance on the map. There is no way to ask for help or instructions on the object of the game.

unless i'm missing something, it's not possible to get "qu" in your hand, rendering words like "tequila" and "turquoise" (required for collections) unobtainable. also 10 letter words starting with "qu" seem to not be in the dictionary despite looking like they would fit

It’s cool
Just a cool spelling game. The only thing I truly wish was….the bonus words where you earn bonus coins. I with they were listed in alphabetical order. It would be easier to skim the words and memorize them to spell them out to earn the bonus coins. Other than that. It’s cool.

We've just added cloud saving via Game Center with v1.3.1. Please update to the latest version, then tap the gear icon on the top left side of the main screen, then tap on account to link your Apple ID/Game Center account to save your progress.
