Clearly not tested
Ranks as one of the worst expense apps you could use. It’s obviously not tested or used by anyone that might actually need to do expenses for work or after traveling.

Worst app ever
This app is terrible in every way. Super glitchy and super slow. I hate it with a passion. I used to think Concur was bad until I was introduced to this app.
THE WORST
Wish there was a way to say 0 stars. Biggest pile of garbage I’ve ever come across as an iPhone user. Don’t know how they cannot fix the bugs and issues CONSTANTLY impacting us when we do our expense reports. App crashes all the time, takes forever to load certain things, then takes you back to the main page after taking an image of a receipt/sign-in sheet.

Too many glitches
I don’t recommend this, but I’m forced to use this by my company unfortunately there’s so many glitches and I’m constantly getting kicked out of this app
Awful app
Consistently terrible app. Hardly ever works properly. Requires you to re login every time you open. Horribly inefficient and their website says the opposite. Actively trying to get out company to stop using this awful app.
There is a issue
It was working perfectly fine, but there is a issue. New documents cannot be uploaded at the moment.

Just updated the app and now it’s completely useless. It opens and

Latest update has bugs
Latest update has now created bugs and it’s not possible to submit expenses or approve employee expenses
Has become unusable
For the past two releases the app has become completely unusable. I can no longer add any new expenses or create new reports (the + button no longer works at all). Selecting any existing expenses crashes the app entirely. It’s become completely useless.
Application très lente
Rame beaucoup, chargement excessif et trop long. L’application se ferme toute seul. Bug incessant oblige de fermer l’app et la relancer constamment
De plus en plus de bugs
Avant ça fonctionnait bien, mais depuis quelques temps les bugs se multiplient. Impossible de changer le montant d’une dépense qui revient toujours zéro. Camera qui ne fonctionne pas. Il faut sortir et recommencer. Lorsque je veux changer le nombre de personnes liées à une dépense, j’appuie sur « fait » mais je ne pas sauvegarder qui reste grisé. Je dois donc sortir et recommencer et là ça marche. Une correction serait la bienvenue.

Dreckstool
Immer mal wieder funktioniert die App nicht: Mal stürzt sie mitten drin ab, mal bleibt sie hängen, mal logt sie einen aus. Einfach ein unzuverlässiges Dreckstool
Consistent crashes
Works well but it crashes after certain point of use and you loose progress in whatever you were doing. It is the sole reason I put off doing my expenses.

Die App stürzt neuerdings immer sofort nach dem Entsperren über Face ID ab.
Clunky and not intuitive
The app closes out and defaults to a blank screen- you have to close it and reload or collapse the screen for it to reopen. Can’t search for providers by name to add a known hcp to a report, you have to scroll thru the list created from past encounters. Can’t add multiple receipt screen shots, each needs to be saved individually. Hotel expenses are a nightmare. Mobile app is missing features such as converting an expense to personal.

Awful App
This is worse than concur and that’s saying something, don’t know how hard it is to fix the bugs with the drop downs or how long it takes to capture receipts/images. Whether I’m on WiFi or not it’s super slow and makes my job more difficult & time consuming expense reporting is loathed by everyone.
