Update killed app
Whatever update you did has crashed the app. Cannot log in at all. Asks for passcode but you can’t enter it because the keyboard doesn’t come up. The app was crappy to begin with but at least I could log in and see my appointment times. Now I can’t even do THAT! 🤦♀️

App didn’t work hardly as it was and the layout is horrendous - now it don’t work at all. I can’t even put my passcode in to log in so if I need something I have to call.

As of right now, this app is just a waste of space on my phone and has absolutely no use. It needs A LOT of work.
I received my patient code (or whatever it was), so it SHOULD have my information showing on the app now, but absolutely nothing shows.
**From the “Home” page, there’s a box that says “Your Medication” at the top that looks as if it’s a drop down box, but nothing happens if you click on it, and nothing is even showing on the home page except for an advertisement.
**If I go to “More” at the bottom of the app….
“My Medications”- says “No Data Available”
“My Profile”- shows my name
“My Doctor”- everything is blank except for the town name where the doctors name should be
**The “Inbox” at the bottom of the app says “No Data Available”.
**Then lastly, if I go back to the “Home” page and select the menu at the top right (3 lines), then select “Appointments”, the app crashes and closes EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.
What is the point of this app???
I received text notifications for appointments before even downloading the app, so I don’t understand what the point of it is.
If I ask any of the staff at my doctors office, no one is able to help because they’re not technically a part of this app and they know nothing about it.
