Horrible service
Do not buy a membership at the kiosk and think you can link the app with your phone number/credit card used. Customer service is non existent and have to go through my bank to stop payments. Email about linking has gone unanswered for a week now, will take my business somewhere else.

I payed for the membership and I can’t even use it. I Can’t even reach anyone. I tried emailing them and calling. No response…. Please don’t waste you time or money
No way to reload the app
I’m a monthly subscriber that takes me to the initial login and it says I’m already subscriber but I can’t get into use the app what a joke

Tried to buy a subscription, but it doesn’t work. Was not refunded my $25. Had to call my CC company for a charge back. DO NOT BUY!!!
