Where is the costumer support whe its needed????

Hello I need help Im a user since <March 2024 and been loving your software until today July 26 that the license decided to stop working, it tells me that the validity period has expired and when I log in into my account it says that the license is perpetual. so what wrong? Why i can't use my license? I have clients heading this way to work on a project and can't work because the software stop working and I cant use my studio without it. And you support doesn't answer fast enough and there is no way to talk to someone.
