BEWARE -charges in USD
I wanted to love this app. 2 things have turned me away:
1. I purchased a membership. It’s 1.5 weeks later and the credits still aren’t available for me to use to book any sessions. My credit card has been charged, but the credits aren’t available. I’ve emailed and texted for support, but no one has gotten back to me.
2. It charges in USD! Even though myself and the coach I connected with are in Canada. Nowhere in the app or during checkout was this indicated. This makes it way over budget for what you’re getting in Canadian dollars. Again I contacted for a refund 1.5 weeks ago and haven’t heard from anyone.

I love Sohere! It has been such a great resource for me, personally going through some challenging life transitions, with a new career, and even coaching to support parenting with my four-year-old.
I’ve had such great sessions with Jenn and Stacey! Jenn is smart, compassionate, and such a great resource for building on strengths as a parent and advocating for what’s best for our kids.
Stacey is hilarious, and has given me so many great pieces of Coaching to reframe my imposter syndrome as a new manager into actionable ideas, resources and guidance in leading in relationship to my staff.
