Passed my SPHR on the first try. Used Pocket Prep pretty heavily for 2 months. Reasonable price. Can’t say the content was totally helpful on the real exam but it forced me to read the questions closely and figure out why an answer was correct or not. Helped reinforce some things in small chunks.

This Study Tool is Amazing and very accurate. It allowed me to focus on my weak areas and focus my study efforts. I am extremely pleased with this app! I have recommended it numerous times already. My Husband is using the IT version for his Certificatiin Needs!🤩

Keeps losing my progress. ARGH!!!
I’ve been working my way through the questions, finishing all of 2, almost 3 areas. I had less than 500 out of 1000 questions left. When I came back, it said I had done 75 questions!
Every night I do more questions, and the next evening when I log on the history is gone. SO FRUSTRATING. I guess that’s one way to make sure they dont have to pay up on the pass guarantee if I fail the exam, since it looks like I’m not doing anything!

SPHR Proud!
I passed my SPHR exam and owe this app a tremendous amount of credit. I’m addition yo the app, I used the Anne Bogardus study guide (2012) the app references, PHR/SPHR for Dummies (Loy of good tips), and David Siler’s 2012 audiobook. This app provides clear explanations and allows you to build upon your knowledge as you practice. Even if you just use this app and the 2012 book it references, you’ll pass.

Passed First Time
Used only the HRBoK and this app. That’s it! Make sure you take the time to read all of the well-constructed explanations. Though the app can be buggy at times, solid WiFi and a bit of patience is all it took. Sometimes I would wait for 3-5 minutes, but only on shoddy WiFi away from home. I highly recommend this app to anyone pursuing HRCI SPHR!

Really enjoyed using the SPHR app. I purchased the 1000 question option & flew through the questions. Highly recommend as a study tool.

App is stuck on “Loading”
Every time I open the app, it’s stuck on loading question of the day and it continues to school and never opens. Really wish this app would work.
Wipes out exam history upon updating
This app has some nice features, except for the fact that I updated the app and all my exam history was deleted- meaning I couldn't review incorrect answers, etc. what a joke. It now wants you to assign and email address or connect your FB account to “store” progress so perhaps this wont be an issue for future purchasers.

Worst App Ever - Don’t Waste Your Money!
This app simply does not work. It spins and spins, freezes, and keeps asking me the same 5 questions every time I take a test. Sad that they conned so much of us out of our money. Do NOT purchase!
Cuts out and stops working continuously
It often won’t load and frequently quits working. Very difficult to use and there is no customer service/support.
Helpful, but not a great app
This app constantly cuts out or takes forever to load. It’s convenient to have as a way of studying, but can be really frustrating to actually use. I also find it repeats questions of the day, which seems glitchy. You’d think they’d create a condition rule of some sort that you didn’t repeat those questions (I also paid for the upgrade, and still have repeat questions).
