Hello! if you try signing out and back in to see if that helps. The folder should show the words interpreted with date and time. I know we had some issues with the voice speaking out but should be fixed by now. Let me know if its working now. Thank you for your patience and using SPI!

( UPDATE - I now believe this app needs an update I have the full version of this app that takes money from my account each mouth, and this is my third month, but just recently this app has been glitching and not allowing me to use the functions I normally use like the microphone etc. and at times it will kick me outta the app… please 🙏 fix this , as this was the absolute best paranormal app on the market to date untill I started experiencing this issue…

Paid for app. Now being told pay again
Updated to add: we did NOT pay $ 14.99 for what you say is “ well over a month use”. You sold a product, You changed it after ,for whatever your reasons are , scamming the people that already paid for it. It is a scam when you do that. Regardless of your reasons for doing it ,you sold the product for a price. And then told people they can’t use it without paying more. AFTER THEY PURCHASED IT FOR THE ORIGINAL PRICE. We did not pay $14.99 for a “trial” of the app. No where was it stated it was a trial, That’s a scam, plain and simple. That is fraud, plain and simple. You literally stole $14.99 from us under false pretenses. That’s theft. The fact that you made a mistake when you put the app out and then screwed over the people who already paid, without warning or offering a refund, makes you a scam artist. And the fact that you can’t comprehend, this is really disturbing.

Decent App that was Expensive Enough…
Yeah, I read the responses about why a subscription was necessary, HOWEVER, Its not case of people not liking change, I think its more a case of people would like an option. You’ve basically forced us into this and just expect us to pay. Times are hard enough with the rising cost of everything. With an already expensive app, how do you expect people to pay a subscription on top? To be honest, I’m with some of the other reviewers, I’d rather get my money back thank you.

We appreciate you taking the time to try SPI and understand the frustration surrounding the transition to a subscription model, especially for those who purchased the app outright previously. Over the past year, we've learned that the way SPI functions requires ongoing AI processing. The app uses AI text to speech and audio analysis to help identify and interpret potential EVP responses. Because this AI technology is provided by a third party service, every use of the app generates an ongoing cost for the company. Unlike a traditional app with a one time development cost, AI powered software requires continuous operating expenses every day. For the past year, we absorbed those costs ourselves, even for users who paid the original $14.99 one time purchase. Unfortunately, that model was not financially sustainable and began putting the future of the company at risk. As difficult as this decision was, we had no choice but to transition to a subscription model if SPI was going to survive and continue to exist. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or disappointment this has caused. This decision was never about charging more. It was about ensuring the long term future of the app so we can continue improving it, adding new features, and innovating these concepts for the paranormal community. Thank you for giving SPI a try. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue working to make the software better.

What happens if u had paid the 15 dollars an had conversations tthat are all lost now
Money wasted.
I understand the need to switch to a subscription based monetary system, but locking out the people who have already paid for the app without grandfathering them in or even simply offering a discount or a period of subscription use without paying again? Like nothing at all? That’s a pretty bad look and loses the respect of the customers who supported you at the beginning.
Ultimately i paid $15 to actually only get to use the app like 3 times and it definitely wasn’t worth it.
2ND UPDATE: Well I paid $15 for this app and now it opens up asking me to pay for a subscription and doesn’t let me do anything in the app without doing so. Clicking restore purchase does nothing either… If I can’t use the app anymore without subscribing suddenly when I already paid for it with nothing saying that I’d not be able to use it without additional fees in the future I should get a refund at the very least. Changing the monetary system on people after they’ve already paid for it (without warning!) and not grandfathering them in is extremely bad business practice.
UPDATE: The developer responded and the glitch has been fixed, albeit pretty delayed but glad that it was finally resolved!

The app doesn’t let me get past the login page - I’ve tried creating an account with my apple account, 3 different gmail accounts and through email itself and nothing works. It just glitches and never creates an account. $15 and I can’t do anything with the app, waste of money :/

I understand the frustration, the app cannot survive as a one time purchase . The core of this software uses real time AI processing. Every time a response comes through, it is being analyzed by a third party AI system and that costs money every single time it interpets responses. This is not a one time system like typical word bank paranormal apps. This is a new experimental approach to ITC that has not been done this way before, and as more users come in, the cost to run it continues to increase. We absorbed those costs since the release of the app without any sustainable return, because of this it has reached a point where the app simply would not survive under a one time purchase model. That is why the transition to subscription had to happen so the app can continue to function, improve, and evolve with features that go beyond anything currently in the field. I do apologize for the frustration this caused because that was never the goal, but this change was necessary to keep the app alive moving forward. It's either the app doesn't survive or it goes to subscription. Thank you for giving the app a shot either way Sean
