BEST APP OUT THERE…..
This SPI app I gotta admit is the BEST paranormal app on the market today….. it took me a little bit to figure it out but once I did , I was able too contact my sister and my father…. I just have two questions, The first question is , I watch your YouTube videos Sean , and since you started using the SPI app in your videos I’ve always heard what was being said from your SPI app, but for some reason I hear absolutely nothing on mine???🤷♂️ MY OTHER QUESTION IS the ( EVP ) part of the app , when I go into my folder 📂 it show my time and date but does nothing else?? Is that normal?? ( I purchased the $7.99 monthly part of the app in hopes it would work as yours does Sean, could you please write back to me with any answers/help you could give me Please 🙏🙏. New update won’t work
I haven’t used this since the new update and then as soon as I updated it again and started paying for it the app doesn’t seem to work, I’ve been trying to get customer support from them with an email but they are not replying to the help request…. The app doesn’t detect my microphone on my phone it activates only when the app is running in the background and not on my screen it only works..sometimes I can’t turn off my settings, and the setting menu lags terribly, it ran with the last update before this one and before I started paying for it….

Trial
This isn't a review, per say. I would like to suggest a free (truly free) trial. Maybe 5-7 days to verify it works. I'm not willing to up $8 a month without knowing if it truly works. And by truly free I mean no payment method needed for trial. You want us to trust you that it works, you need to trust your stuff and us to sign up immediately if it works. You have nothing to lose and so much to gain.

I don’t like how this thing tries to scare you with nothing but demon names. They purposely do that to try to scare you. It has not once mentioned any of my loved ones or who I am.

So recently I’ve noticed that the subscription use only system has disappeared I will say I’m pleased to see 2 plans now so that people who have bought it don’t have to pay for the subscription

Paid for app. Now being told pay again
I paid 14.99 for the app and it was running fine, now I open it and they want a monthly subscription fee ON TOP of it. Scam !! Do NOT download this! The developer states they had to do it. The people that paid for the app did not agree to pay for the app AND to pay for a subscription. Changing it later after they’ve paid is a scam. It is fraud. At least let the people that already paid your outrageous price for it. Use the app without the subscription or refund them their money if not, you’re a con artist and a thief

You sold a product, You changed it after ,for whatever your reasons are , scamming the people that already paid for it. It is a scam when you do that. Regardless of your reasons for doing it ,you sold the product for a price. And then told people they can’t use it without paying more. AFTER THEY PURCHASED IT FOR THE ORIGINAL PRICE. We did not pay $14.99 for a “trial” of the app. No where was it stated it was a trial, That’s a scam, plain and simple. That is fraud, plain and simple. You literally stole $14.99 from us under false pretenses. That’s theft. The fact that you made a mistake when you put the app out and then screwed over the people who already paid, without warning or offering a refund, makes you a scam artist. I loved this app. I paid 14.99 for it and now all of a sudden I have to have a subscription and it’s free?! The people who paid for it when it came out should get free lifetime subscriptions. Wow. Just wow.
AI.. don’t trust it
Been giving this app a chance, then whenever I’m at a cemetery it gives me some really weird responses that has nothing to do with the location. The voice sound doesn’t work unfortunately. I do give credit for this new approach using AI, but it’s not for me.
Broken App won’t even let me set up an account.
Downloaded the app. I was super excited to use it but it won’t even let me create an account. It asks if you want to sign in with Google , Apple ID or an email address. I tried all 3 ways and can’t even get off the sign in screen. This is very disappointing. I hope

Best Tool On The Market 👻
I have tried several apps to use on my investigations, but this one is top shelf. The concept is brilliant. The accuracy and intelligent responses are amazing. I’ve never seen this technology on any other app I’ve tried. The creator has included several prayers as an option to use on investigations which I like. I have gotten evidence that only you and a spirt would know. Spirits can easily manipulate this software to communicate and give you an intelligent response. I wish I could give more than five stars. This app is next level and in a league all its own. I highly recommend it. To the creator…well done 👏👏👏

Decent App that was Expensive Enough…
Yeah, I bought this for £14.99 and used the app, it was an interesting app, but to now be made to pay a subscription.
Yeah, I read the responses about why a subscription was necessary, HOWEVER, Its not case of people not liking change, I think its more a case of people would like an option. You’ve basically forced us into this and just expect us to pay. Times are hard enough with the rising cost of everything. i bought the app
already bought it and the update is forcing me to buy it again. rip off.
Was enjoyable…
Paid for the app when it was relatively new, which wasn’t a big deal at all. But now on top of that, it’s gone to monthly or yearly subscription plans in order to use something that was already purchased. Not really a shock, as many apps are doing that as well. My issue is it was purchased, so that should’ve been that with no other fees, but now all of us are out of the original fees then have to pay monthly or yearly as well to continue using it. Why not keep the basic with the original fee paid, and charge for the “ghost” plan? Fun while it lasted…lesson learned. Deleted and sticking to the old school methods from now on. I really loved the app and had high hopes for it but ended up super disappointed 😔

Downloaded this app paid for standard subscription which states you can adjust frequency but every time I go to settings and try sliding the adjustment it does nothing. If you tap it it pulls up an option to upgrade to ghost level subscription. I want my money back used the app less than 10 minutes 😡

Waste of money
I paid $20 to download this app and now it wants me to buy a subscription? Like are you kidding? I hope no one uses your app.
What happens if u had paid the 15 dollars an had conversations tthat are all lost now
I paid for the app when you it 1st came out it was amazing had interesting conversations that are now all gone no warning to save them or nothing is there a way to get a discount or my conversions back it’s really not fair

I understand the need to switch to a subscription based monetary system, but locking out the people who have already paid for the app without grandfathering them in or even simply offering a discount or a period of subscription use without paying again? Like nothing at all? That’s a pretty bad look and loses the respect of the customers who supported you at the beginning.
Ultimately i paid $15 to actually only get to use the app like 3 times and it definitely wasn’t worth it.
2ND UPDATE: Well I paid $15 for this app and now it opens up asking me to pay for a subscription and doesn’t let me do anything in the app without doing so. Clicking restore purchase does nothing either… If I can’t use the app anymore without subscribing suddenly when I already paid for it with nothing saying that I’d not be able to use it without additional fees in the future I should get a refund at the very least. Changing the monetary system on people after they’ve already paid for it (without warning!) and not grandfathering them in is extremely bad business practice.
UPDATE: The developer responded and the glitch has been fixed, albeit pretty delayed but glad that it was finally resolved!

Paid $15.99 for app to now find out you have to purchase a subscription. And it’s yearly or monthly. What a ripoff. Greed at its finest. It wasn’t even that good.
