Was enjoyable…
Paid for the app when it was relatively new, which wasn’t a big deal at all. But now on top of that, it’s gone to monthly or yearly subscription plans in order to use something that was already purchased. Not really a shock, as many apps are doing that as well. My issue is it was purchased, so that should’ve been that with no other fees, but now all of us are out of the original fees then have to pay monthly or yearly as well to continue using it. Why not keep the basic with the original fee paid, and charge for the “ghost” plan? Fun while it lasted…lesson learned. Deleted and sticking to the old school methods from now on. I really loved the app and had high hopes for it but ended up super disappointed 😔

Money wasted.
3RD UPDATE:
I understand the need to switch to a subscription based monetary system, but locking out the people who have already paid for the app without grandfathering them in or even simply offering a discount or a period of subscription use without paying again? Like nothing at all? That’s a pretty bad look and loses the respect of the customers who supported you at the beginning.
Ultimately i paid $15 to actually only get to use the app like 3 times and it definitely wasn’t worth it.
2ND UPDATE: Well I paid $15 for this app and now it opens up asking me to pay for a subscription and doesn’t let me do anything in the app without doing so. Clicking restore purchase does nothing either… If I can’t use the app anymore without subscribing suddenly when I already paid for it with nothing saying that I’d not be able to use it without additional fees in the future I should get a refund at the very least. Changing the monetary system on people after they’ve already paid for it (without warning!) and not grandfathering them in is extremely bad business practice.
UPDATE: The developer responded and the glitch has been fixed, albeit pretty delayed but glad that it was finally resolved!

The app doesn’t let me get past the login page - I’ve tried creating an account with my apple account, 3 different gmail accounts and through email itself and nothing works. It just glitches and never creates an account. $15 and I can’t do anything with the app, waste of money :/

I understand the frustration, the app cannot survive as a one time purchase . The core of this software uses real time AI processing. Every time a response comes through, it is being analyzed by a third party AI system and that costs money every single time it interpets responses. This is not a one time system like typical word bank paranormal apps. This is a new experimental approach to ITC that has not been done this way before, and as more users come in, the cost to run it continues to increase. We absorbed those costs since the release of the app without any sustainable return, because of this it has reached a point where the app simply would not survive under a one time purchase model. That is why the transition to subscription had to happen so the app can continue to function, improve, and evolve with features that go beyond anything currently in the field. I do apologize for the frustration this caused because that was never the goal, but this change was necessary to keep the app alive moving forward. It's either the app doesn't survive or it goes to subscription. Thank you for giving the app a shot either way Sean

Edit: Thank you so much for responding! This is my favorite app to use with spirits and I just wanted to call attention to the bugs. Have had lots of verifiable information and information that matches other apps/ devices. Highly recommend.

Can’t log in
I just purchased the app the other day and was able to get in and use with no problems. However, the app started to have glitches. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and now, it will not allow me to log back in. I’m stuck on the login screen. 😩 I’ve done every trouble shooting suggestion I could find and the issue persists. I see this was an issue before for others. I feel like I just threw $15 away, as there is no way of obtaining a refund or reaching anyone for support.

Paid to get the app, shortly found out that it actually is not what it claims to be. App puts out words when it likes and as soon as you start making statements that the app is purely AI generating a conversation and a scam it shortly stops. I even stated that this app is just AI generating a smart response and it was a scam and it was giving direct apologies for it.

App unable to proceed past sign in
Unfortunately, the app won’t let me sign in with Apple ID Google or my email. I’ve saw other reviews where you said you guys have fixed it, but it still has not worked for me. Am I doing something wrong? If so, please let me know my review!
