Shame!
Been coming here for years. A few things were missing from the order and the person on the phone was really rude and patronising when I rang up, so I told them not to bother and hung up. He rang me back threatening me! Said he would come round to mine. Real shame. So basically, when the order is correct, it’s good. Just don’t bother ringing up if there’s an issue because they will be extremely rude and even threatening.
