Clear mismatch between Tech and Marketing
The logon process is incredibly frustrating. Not going to use this.
Very bad support
I purchased this and had to restore my iPad. It doesn’t recognize In the app that I purchased the annual subscription already even though its listed under my purchases on the iPad. iTunes support having trouble helping me, and customer support for printed magazine is clueless too. Link under the app for support goes to a missing page on website.

Cannot login. Very frustrating - money with no content.

Password request/reset in app doesn't work as a result can't login and download magazine. Have been requesting support from customer service for months with no improvement. Get the paper magazine and don't waste you time with digital edition.
Wonderful magazine, app crashes on iOS7
My son and I absolutely love the magazine, and we really have enjoyed exploring with the digital version. However, after downloading iOS7 on our iPad mini, the app has been temperamental. It has had trouble finishing magazine downloads, and recently, it simply won't open at all - I'll just get the cover page before the library page, and it turns itself off. Please fix the bugs so we can continue reading your wonderful content!
