Does resetting the bosses reset you

So I love the game and everything but when it says reset bosses does it like rebirth (reset you).

This is so America

I like this game but there’s not a tutorial. You can’t find people you want to play with and you can’t zoom in on the map. There should also be more violence. I want to kill more spiders and buggies. Add more violence please please
