A sincere apologize. The app uses AI to recognize spiders, when a spider is scanned with the camera, if a random image is pointed with the camera the AI match that image with the trained data (Only scans spiders) so it will match the closest result with low numbers of similarities. We hardly believe in protecting personal data so all the AI inference is due in the device with no internet connection. We are planning to release a new version with +500 more spiders and a Enciclopedia of Spiders, and all future updates will be free. Thanks! And we will be publishing soon the new version.
