I paid my subscription and it wouldnt unlock kept just asking me to upgrade. I removed app reinstalled etc still the same. I tried just identifying spider on basic mode and it instantly said I had gone over my amount of identifications which was none?! Total waste of money and time and I still dont know what spider it is??!

Not working
Paid 3.99£ for a week, it’s not functioning . It starts scanning your picture before shutting down and returning to Home Screen. I’d like a refund please. Thanks
Scam App/just takes your money!
We paid and nothing happened!! The app continuously shuts itself down. We deleted the app and redownloaded it. It still shuts itself down.
