where is the diversity?
the app doesnt say anywhere about being intended for a specific ethnicity and yet there is no diversity at all.

Lots of positivity & support, esp in the small groups. Freakin love that.
The downsides are probably the same as they are for any other social media site that is specific to a group of people based on race. There are just some things said that should never be said, in any company. Fna. The mentality of some of our own seems to be 'the Chinese are sayin awful things on Weibo, the YTs are sayin awful things on Parler, let's just be awful in our own space.' I don't care who the world thinks you are, who YOU think you are matters more.✊🏿 Everyone wanna complain about things but no one since the King family has had the spine, discipline, or mental strength to make it so. BET doesn't speak for all of us the same way Good Morning America doesn't speak for all YT ppl; why then do we punish anyone who dares to be different? We aren't policed enough, we gotta self police in case anyone thinks about breakin the mold. Hfs. Who tf is allowed to critique the culture if not its own?

The app fundamentally is just twitter with new paint. That’s not an issue at all, the issue is it’s just dead. Nobody is using this probably because it’s centered around 1 specific minority which is just killing its appeal for everyone else. It’s effectively an echo chamber. No banter, no drama, no discourse. Literally nothing to miss out on. gg.

I appreciate an app where I can freely express myself under the guidelines of fair use and opinion based content. It’s important that our first amendment right to speak freely not be taken lightly or for granted. I will highly recommend this app to anyone seeking a community of people who are only interested in learning, growing and sharing information that can possibly save someone’s life.

It’s my safe and happy place on the internet. The groups and tea parties add to the community of this space. I love it. The only app that I have my notifications turned on.

I just downloaded the app. I didn’t see the plus sign to post. I quit the as pp went back in then I saw it. But once I start scrolling it disappears. I had to quit again and reopen. Idk if it’s just a glitch on my end but it’s not simple to post. I initially looked in my profile area and it’s not there. It should be a set location where I can post any time either at the bottom or def in my profile area. Also for backgrounds I didn’t notice options besides me uploading a photo. If there aren’t any you could offer suggested bg based on themes, holidays and just colors.

The app will not allow users to insert an email, disabling the ability to use the app at all.
Good Idea but Boring
As a black woman I love the idea of this app but I’ve been using it on and off for almost a year now and it’s just so boring.
There’s not many users, I never used twitter so I don’t like the posts where people just type whatever’s on their mind and I requested to join groups months ago and still not approved. Deleted my account.

I see the vision
Needs a search bar and other basic things but the vision is there
Edit on further review it has one but hard to get to … just leave it visible at the bottom instead of making it vanish all the time

Email address issues
I made an account and its asking for my email but it keeps freezing every time, which gets annoying honestly
Can’t move past email screen!!
I want to use the app, but I get a prompt to enter my email address, but it’s in the background and won’t allow me to type anything or scroll around. Literally can’t use the app until the glitch is fixed.
Annoyed
Haven’t had a chance to enjoy the app yet but as I’m trying to set up my account it’s saying I need to put an email. I have no problem with that it just won’t let me. I click on “let’s do it” it just keeps glitching & going to another page when it’s clicked on then when I delete it & redownload it, it still does the same thing. I want to use the app. It just doesn’t want to work properly. I will change my review if the problem is fixed.
