Hard to uninstall
I accidentally installed this app trying to install another and found I couldn’t uninstall it from the Home Screen. Finally found a way uninstall it in settings. It is frustrating how they made it hard to uninstall. I didn’t want to keep this app because it may not be secure and it was last updated 3 years ago. Also, reading other reviews shows that it doesn’t work.

go into an message and click the tab where you see the imessage games and etc.. go all the way to the right it should be 3 dots that’s way more. open then swipe to left it’ll remove it from favorites then it’ll drop down and swipe left again it should say delete

I downloaded this thinking it was a social media/networking app. IT IS NOT. it is some sort of text app and doesn’t show up in the App Library. You have to go to settings/iPhone storage to remove it.

Go to setting > general > iPhone storage - find the app and uninstall.
THIS IS HOW TO UNINSTALL
- open any of your message threads
- to the left of the area you type your message, tap the app icon (next to the camera icon)
- scroll all the way to the right where it says

After a minute or 2 it’ll be uninstalled

How do I uninstall this app? It is really scaring me that I can’t uninstalled.

Weird app! Didn’t mean to install app. Went to uninstall & it took me a min to figure out how to do it (huge red flag) no telling what information this app is taking from your phone. Uninstall by going to settings, general, iPhone storage and uninstall there. (Thank you to previous review)

This app is run by scammer clearly. Why would you not show up in my app and no easy way to uninstall like every other legit app? And then keaving it up to the "imessage app store". Since when did you need to do all of that to uninstall a app. I hate app developers like yall. Malware is rampant. Btw i wanted to install the social media app Spill, i dont even know what this is. And they are lying about the imessage app store. To uninstall go to settings>general>iphone storage. Delete it manually from there.

How do I uninstall this software. There isn’t an actual app to uninstall I’ve tried everything.

Do not under any circumstances download this app. It’s a hidden app that you may never be able to uninstall from your phone. The app developers offer no support or instructions on how to uninstall this app.

I accidentally installed this app. It doesn’t show up on your home screen after you install it. In order to delete it you have to go to settings/general/iPhone storage & then you can delete it from there.

Hello, I understand your frustration but this is in no way a reflection of the app or it’s functionality/design. The process by which you remove an app from iMessage is managed by Apple and the iOS software. We recommend reaching out to Apple in regards to removing the app and are sorry you are having difficulties with it.
FALSE CLAIMS
The claim that messages cannot be screen shotted is FALSE. I tested it four times using family members as recipients using various browsers and smartphones. They were all able to screen shot and save!
Also the claim that the messages disappear is only partially true. My family members who had iPhone had the option to “keep” the message.
The only claim that is true is that once the message is read it won’t show up again. But that’s nothing unique since there are other free programs that offer this ability.
Horribly disappointed and very misleading. I really was excited about the no screen shot ability.
Also, the recipient must install the app on their end.

Hello, I’m really sorry to hear about your troubles with the app. Since the recent IOS updates, there have been some bugs with screenshot detection I am aware of and trying to solve. Unlike traditional apps, screenshot detection is not a built in functionality in iMessage applications, so our previous workarounds have some problems with the newest OS. The app does not prevent screenshots but rather notifies users of screenshots, so I will make sure to make that clearer in future updates. Additionally, the ability for messages to delete themselves are out of the app’s control, but even if a message is ‘kept’ it cannot be re read upon selecting it. This app is still in its early stages and I really appreciate your feedback and will work hard on improving these bugs.
