It just deleted all my progress! I turned it on to play only to see I’ve been restarted to square one

Cute and straightforward
The gameplay is what you should expect. Art style is clean and cute. I can’t wait to unlock more new characters! Definitely five stars.
Waste of $
After two weeks of sending emails, asking them why I lost all my data they responded saying every time they update it. Everybody loses all their data and they start from scratch and that is supposed to be normal and they didn’t understand why I was annoyed that I had spent so much money working up to a very high level and then all of a sudden got started back over and I emailed them three weeks ago and again two weeks and twice since they finally answered the first email about one of their mini games that has a quota and you make the quota, but they want it higher than that and there is literally nothing else to clear on the board and they still haven’t answered so maybe play a different game. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

ERASES YOUR PROGRESS, WASTE OF TIME
So I played thus game for a few weeks and made great progress from a lot of grinding and the obligatory ad watching. The priorities of real life had me take a break for a couple of weeks. Only to discover when I went back to it, I was starting at the beginning AGAIN. Now I going to erase your game

Why is it when I updated the app, it started me at the beginning??????
Deletes progress
Every update your progress gets deleted. Try to contact them and hear absolutely nothing back. Save your time and move to a new game that cares.
Updates delete progress
It’s a cute little time killer, problem is every time an update is pushed, it seems like player progress gets reset. Appears to be an ongoing issue, and I cannot recommend getting into this right now because of it.
Worthy of downloading
I’d first like to thank the creators for this being an ad free gameplay this has been my favorite game for months, if you are wanting a game that helps you unwind or keeps you busy without getting bored to pass time this is the one. The sounds and graphics are rich and fulfilling. I enjoy the random updates and hope they keep coming!

It was good until it got boring and repetitive
If I wasn’t watching ads constantly to upgrade, I’d be stuck on level 10 with a solitary pick axe. I let the ads play for a while, sound off, ignoring all ads as most of them are just scam ads anyway promising big money, but that’s a completely different story. The game play was fine, but even at level 50 pick axe and all the slots filled, it still took 10-15 minutes to do each mine. I gave up after Mine 8-2 after it would have taken at least 1/2 hour to get through the mine, even with my level. Would need to spend a few more hours watching the stupid scam ads to level up. It was no long fun and not worth my time anymore. The novelty wore off and the game was deleted.

AI advertising won’t allow for reporting , which allows for some adult content , you may want to avoid using them.
Bugs
I really liked this game. Even though my progress completely reset with the last update I thought it was worth it because of all the new content that was added, but then I got back to mine level 5-27 and the barriers you stand on to go down don’t work. I can’t progress any more through the mines. I’ve contacted support, but so far no answer.

Hadn't touched this game in a while and got back into it. Decided to check for an update and saw there was one. Updated and lost all progress. Deleted the game due to it. Spent too much time playing and leveling that it's no longer worth starting all over
Cool game
Game is simple and not to complicated will keep a eye out on any future updates comes this way.
Fun to play however
I played through the updates. Which required going back to level zero basically. Now I can’t complete cave 5 even though I’m at level thirty. It’s like a fish that swan up river and bonked its head and said “Dam!”
