About

Spin or Stay helps cyclists decide when to roll out. Import a GPX or FIT route, choose road, gravel, MTB, or city commute, and set direction, start time, and pace. The app calculates weather for the time you are expected to reach each route point, with a 0–100 conditions score for rain, temperature, and wind. Key features: - GPX/FIT import and route-timed forecast points, - Road, Gravel, MTB, and City ride profiles, - route direction selection and wind balance comparison, - a map with critical segments and route replay, - outfit recommendations: what to wear, what to pack, and when to change a layer, - thermal preference and optional matching with a local LANC wardrobe, - a saved active route and latest forecast for offline reading, - a Lock Screen Live Activity and Dynamic Island on supported devices, - an Apple Watch app with plans, forecasts, outfit advice, and complications, - optional iPhone GPS with pause/end controls and upcoming-condition notifications, - a shareable PDF report, - Apple Weather through WeatherKit, Open-Meteo, and MET Norway. Keep your iPhone with you for live GPS progress. Watch can read a previously received plan offline. Forecast freshness is shown; alerts refer to route sections rather than minute-by-minute rain onset. No account is required and the app has no ads. Apple Watch is optional.

A new layout for iPhone Duo brings your route map and weather cockpit into the larger display. The view adapts as you fold, unfold, and rotate your phone. We improved weather-card readability in narrow views, route framing after resizing, and access to map controls in shorter windows. Larger accessibility text uses a clear single-column layout.
