No Apple Pay
I filled out my order and went to pay, and it wanted me to type in my credit card number like a barbarian. Not even autofill from wallet. It’s 2026, why should I have to type in a 16 digit number that’s already stored on my phone? Their website at least supports auto-fill, go there.

I have tried signing into the app, using both of emails, hit forget password (since I have forgotten it) and get a notice that if an account exists, I will get an email with reset password instructions. No email comes through. So, I tried setting up an account and it tells me an account, with my phone number, already exists. So, how am I supposed to sign in?

Location confusion
Be careful what is at the top of the list when you select a location. It is not accurate to your current location at all.
Terrible 2025 app
Previous app was excellent. The new app is terrible. Doesn’t allow modifications to order and doesn’t work. I can’t use spin bucks and can’t place order.
Latest version is broken
The latest update does not work! Buttons don’t work. Can’t scroll. Wanted pizza but didn’t order it because of the app.
Always on geofencing- No thanks
Clunky app. No reason to collect info about my location at all times. DELETED
Newest App not working
The old app worked fine but this new one is a no go. Crashes and freezes up. Couldn’t even order last night. Definitely wasn’t ready for release.

Easy to Use for Delicious Pizza
I’ve never experienced any bugs with the app and it’s incredibly user friendly. The combination of being easy to follow for the first time you use it; the descriptions of ingredients and pizzas for their specialty pizzas, the ease of customizing the create-your-own and their specialities pizzas, the relatively fair prices, and of course- the actually quality of their food.
(I can only speak for the specialities and pizzas I’ve created, I prefer several but would eat any of them again)
TLDR: The app is a very smooth avenue to order highly recommended pizza.

App keeps crashing
I love the app, but it’s been crashing immediately anytime I try to open it recently. I’ve deleted it and redownloaded several times, also restarted my phone. Please fix!
Doesn’t even open
Downloaded app 6/15/2023. App failed to open. Just go to the website.
Horrible
This app is horrible and constantly has issues. Now, as of last week, my entire account was completely deleted from your entire system with no explanation!
2nd visit was fabulous!
This was our second time eating at the Burlington Creek location and it was fabulous! Decided to join their club for points tonight as well. Only downfall was the plate they served our pizza on was cold and our pizza cooled way down too quickly…..still was delicious and so was the side salad. We highly recommend the very berry! Looking forward to our next date night for pizza.

App Crashes
Utterly useless. The app crashes in iOS 15. Even before that, we avoided using the app and had to call the store. Thought I would try again and it was a waste of time.
