App will not open!!!
Why doesn’t your techs and developers care about people trying to open your game and being able to play!!! I haven’t been able to get into my Rich Album to collect any stamps or play my Star Wheel or anything else for over a week!!! Someone even wrote a review saying as of October 22 your app won’t open!!! I was having issues with getting into my Rich Album and never being able to access any stamps, I was told by support to reinstall the game, so I offloaded and reinstalled 3xs, no luck. So I decided to delete the game and reinstall already 10xs since yesterday, and of course, the game refuses to load!!! I really love your games and want to play, but obviously None of Your Staff, Techs, or Developers care about people wanting to play your game, Cause We Can’t Get In!!! Very Disappointing and Disheartening!!! Someone Needs to Get Their Act Together!!!!

Tried several times to open game but it will not open. Deleted and reinstalled to no avail. Too bad was a good game.

I purchased mission rewards a d it will not allow me to collect it. I have opened and closed the app several times and it does not work. I want a refund.

I paid for something and every time I try to collect the app crashes.

Still faulty
Still can’t claim rewards from pass as app closes down every time I try. Does the same when trying to claim other rewards I’ve tried closing and reopening I’ve removed app then loaded it again all to no avail
