App freezes constantly and does not connect to WIFI to upload what you want. I want a REFUND!!!
Can not connect to device
This app and the spin device must be made in China. You can not connect neither to the WiFi or the device also when my 3d light fan came from Amazon one of the blades light isn’t working in the middle. Do you test your products before you charge people hundreds of dollars and ship them out? Fix your app and your remote that works when it wants to

I can connect to the device via the WiFi it’s broadcasting, but that means I have to disconnect from my home WiFi every time I want to change my playlist, add new designs, etc.. It has two whole designs to add pictures. How amazing!! Also, it crashes every time I try to add an .mp4 to my playlist. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever downloaded an app from the store that is this bad. It’s so limited on what you can do with it that I had to write a review about this garbage. I’ve never written a review of any other app… Hire a real developer.

Every time I upload a gif/video the app crashes, I cannot add a custom video to the fan, PLEASE HELP

I’m returning the fan because the app is unusable. It just flat out does not work. I got a different brand and it works much better.

I’m having the same problem as most. I’ve had this for a few weeks now and can’t connect to my WiFi. The instructions are horrible. It says to go to design and click on the add device, but that button is only available at the home page. Pressing that add device bar on the home page does nothing. I regret buying this garbage because I can’t even return it after I mounted on the wall and threw out the box and everything, all before downloading this useless app.

The display fan itself is awesome. The software interface is very bad. It does not save certain settings, it feels cryptic. Buy a display that doesn’t use this app.
works very well, bluetooth sound issue
ive been trying to get the fan to play noise and it keeps saying to "Turn on the Bluetooth speakrr!" when i already did that. I checked their online and paper manual and their words are so hard to understand. They need to explain things better.

Customer support is terrible, they don’t get back and the few times they do it’s in a simple text that never answers your questions.
