The app worked seamlessly as a tool to assist with keeping the proper body angles when swinging the golf club. My favorite part was the abundance of courses that you are given access to once you sign up for the full version of the app. You can come back to the courses at any time for a refresher, and they are great to use for solidifying the movements necessary to have a properly aligned body while swinging the golf club.

The BEST swing app I’ve found
Discovered spine align through these kids using it at my local course and asked them what it was. Figured I would try it out and was actually impressed. Takes second to learn and understand but now I train with it every day. 100% worth it

This new App is the future of golf instruction. I am watching the videos in the golf academy of their website and self learning about how to correct my swing faults without spending thousands of dollars. Truly amazing that I can use my phone as my golf coach. Improving fast!!!

SpineAlign
I recently downloaded the SpineAlign AI Golf Coach App because I needed to make a big change in my approach at fixing my golf swing. I ordered their complete accessory package (hip belt and chest vest) from Amazon and began watching the SpineAlign videos. I was able to start practicing in my living room and instantly changed my perspective of the golf swing. I have already made a big improvement in my golf swing at the range and I’m relieved to finally have something that I can rely on while I’m practicing. I would recommend this to any skill set. It’s a different approach to the golf swing which will truly place you in the correct positions for each club
