I am along time customer, but not anymore, the experience of ordering from spinneys is becoming more and more frustrating, very slow app, it takes them any where from 4 to 6 hrs to deliver any order, very time consuming and after u have managed to over come the obstacles they call u to tell u that half the cart is not available. This place makes me nervous everytime I order and the whole experience have become unwelcoming and bad

Literally not professional at all, completely bad experience and definitely will never use is it or recommend it to anyone and will delete it as well
Online payment is not working
I am not able to use the saved cards or add a new card it gives an error (Sorry no internet connection) I am working with the latest version

Disgusting delivery
Despite on they didn't have half of my order available, I waited for the delivery for 2 hours more than I had. I tried 2 times and every time - the same.

Have deleted the app from my phone waste of time and storage space when you can’t use it effectively
It is impossible to add location.
District and Street fields are not active if the user goes from Confirm Location or Add Address at the order stage.

كل مره اطلب علي الابلكيشن فاتوره وال بدفعه فاتوره تانيه تماما وكل مره فرق ٢٠ او ٣٠ جنيه. ولما اتصل بخدمة العملاء مفيش عندهم اي حل غير احنا اسفين
App doesn’t save receipts & impossible to stop notification pop-ups on phone
The app doesn’t save receipts from my Spinneys purchases. Also, can’t stop notification pop-ups on my phone. Every time I switch notifications off it automatically comes back on.
