Bad experience
I’ve been buying cars from Spinny for the last 5 years, and my experience used to be excellent. Unfortunately, the service has declined significantly. My recent experience was very disappointing, with poor customer support and an overall lack of professionalism. I expected the same quality of service that made me trust Spinny for years, but this time it fell far short. I hope Spinny improves its service and customer experience. I am now getting my account closed.

No proper support
Pathetic service from the whole team. No one wants to help. No Account manager is assigned even after making the payment. Even after 2 days my issues are not solved.

Worst inspection of cars and documentation, it’s a fraud app
Dealers please do not trust this app as they just makes the dealers fool. Spinny has the worst inspection service.
Once you purchase the vehicle may be theft vehicles too because I have come across with such a situation where they only give tue delivery of vehicle and the documents were missing.
I was stuck with the vehicle for more the 3 months as I couldn’t sell the vehicle without any documents.
Please go for car24 as it has better support or documentation support than Spinny

Unfair & Unprofessional-Don’t Trust
I booked a Baleno through Spinny and paid ₹35,000 as token. My Inspection Mismatch claim was ₹15,000 (with clear proof). Spinny’s own team first confirmed ₹5,500, then reduced it to ₹4,500 against their own communication. Finally, they cancelled my deal and kept my ₹35,000 token without refund.
This is highly unprofessional and feels like cheating. A company of this scale should not twist policies and withhold partner/customer money. Very disappointing experience.

Fraud company
This company is a complete fraud. They sold me a second-hand car that had been in a major accident, but nowhere in their report was this mentioned. The car has multiple hidden issues — airbags damaged, full body repainted, engine shaking, gear and steering problems — none of these were disclosed at the time of purchase.
On top of that, they are refusing to take the car back and are unjustly deducting money from my wallet without any valid reason. As a dealer, I trusted their reports, but they are clearly selling with fake and misleading reports. This is pure cheating.
Do NOT buy from this company. They are dishonest, hide critical damages, and scam customers.

Good cars with average service
Spinny provides a good range of cars but their sales and services are not upto the mark . The KAM and the team leader are very irresponsible and don’t care much about their channels partners as we need to make multiple calls to gather information relating to our purchase which make us feel unattended and eventually lose trust in their business. I request the management to look into this as it tarnishes the image of the company and they really need to have work ethics and integrity . their help support is very responsive but cannot solve the problem as they have limited access to different verticals in the company.A special mention about Mr GOUTHAM who is responsible for on boarding channel partners, he is very helpful and dedicated , he is the only one who responds instantly and try’s his best to solve the problem and takes responsibility to make sure we believe in the operations of the company, people like him are required in every domain for smooth functioning.
Hope more dedicated people like GOUTHAM work together make our experience a memorable one.

Their staff is bad in response and not working. They will give you round and round answers but not give you required car and ask you for more and more money without showing you the car you selected
