Great for managing prize giveaways!
I just used this on an iPad to manage the dispersal of over 80 gifts at an event. It tracked the inventory of each type of gift, making the actual event a breeze.
I’m sure some of my colleagues will be buying this app as well after seeing it in action! Everybody was impressed with how it looked and how interactive it was. It was a big hit for the $.99 price tag!
The one thing I would have liked to see was the ability to adjust inventory on the fly. We had some items given away outside of the application and there was no easy way to account for that after the spinning had begun. It just meant some folks got a free spin. ;-)
We also couldn’t get the sound working for whatever reason.
Still giving it 5 stars given the value you get for the cost!!

I posted the message below about a year ago. Since then the app has been updated and I’m so glad to have it back!!! Thanks to the developer for listening, responding and making fixes. I highly recommend this app! I love the ability to customize the spinner. It works great for student behavior management and reward systems.

I love this app! It’s so clean and customizable. I’m so sad that it crashes all the time and hasn’t been updated for new versions of iOS. I’d highly recommend it if it didn’t crash and delete wheel options.

DO NOT BUY THIS APP!!!! About 2 weeks after getting this app my email suddenly got bombarded with subscription emails. HUNDREDS of them and I can’t make them stop but even worse my bank account was hacked yesterday and someone tried a $434 charge on my card that was used for the purchase of this app.

Very good
Just downloaded the app. It’s really easy to setup and to weight the different choices. One issues I found was at first the soundFX worked for win or lose but now they’ve stopped playing. The wheel spinning noise works just not the other soundFX. Couldn’t find an option to contact to developer.
Nearly perfect
I use this when teaching music lessons to add an element of fun to repetitive practice tasks. Students loooove spinning the wheel to see which song or technique we'll work on next, and each student can have their own customized wheel.
I have wheels for repertoire, for randomly choosing how many times to repeat a practice task, for rewards upon completion of a practice goal, etc.
The feature for how many ''lives" a choice has is extremely useful in this setting, and the ability to choose colors or themes to personalize wheels makes it visually appealing to kids. I recommend this app to almost every other music teacher I meet who works with children.
I use this as a replacement spinner for the book "Spintastik for the Family" (a spinning for chores & rewards system that I adapt to include practice tasks among the “chores”), and I recommend it to almost every parent in this capacity.
Four stars instead of five because I haven’t yet seen a way to share a wheel I’ve already created with another user. This would save a lot of time when recommending the app to other teachers and to parents, and get them into using the app right away instead of spending time customizing it.
The other feature I’d like to see is synchronizing my custom wheels between my devices (phone/tablet), and allowing another user to synchronize one or more wheels with mine.

It used to crash a lot, but now it is fixed. Now I find it useful for making decisions.😺😀

Old Review: I really love your game, but there is one big problem. The game just closes out and when I get back in the game if I didn’t save something it didn’t save. It closes out ALOT! Here is another problem. It only lets me put 10 maybe 11 things in the wheel. When I spin the wheel and I have more than 11 things the wheel pops up but the things on the wheel don’t pop up then it closes out of the game. It should let me put as much as I want and not close out and not save. Just so you know, you know how I said if I put more than 10 or 11 it would close out of the app. It doesn’t do that anymore. Here is something you should add. You should add folders. If there were folders I could separate the nerf Gun Game wheels from the Lottery Game wheels. Sorry for the long review but may you please fix this problem.

Didn’t work even once
Got this las night just to have some fun with a silly decision. Didn’t work even once. Every time I put in the options for the wheel it kicked me off. Sometimes after one entry, sometimes after I had put in several. Rarely do I pay for an app so it really makes me mad that I actually did and couldn’t even use it.

Okay..
Crashes too much, when it crashes I lose all my options I used. When I re-try it crashes again won’t allow me to spin the wheel. Didn't show me it was a dollar it was only a dollar but still I got kinda worried but my mom isn’t mad.
Amazing Spinner!
I use this spinner with family and when I work with young children. They are delighted with the sounds and the visual image of spinning and confetti. The spinner ramps up their enthusiasm for whatever I am trying to teach them. It allows them to learn while having fun!

It’s great
It’s a very useful app. It’s not one of those lazy wheels where it’ll only land on one space all the time this is a random wheel which will land on a certain space depending on the accuracy of your spin, it really feels completely random. I use this all the time to decide what subway line I’m going to take in New York

Sadly Glitches
I’ve been using this app for 2 years and it WAS amazing. Now, it shuts off every time I try to use it. I’ve contacted the creator. Still no fix. I’m so bummed. I used to love this. I really wish they’d listen and fix it. Then I could give it 5 stars.
Want my 99 cents back
This seemed like it would do everything I wanted it to and even more, so I went ahead and paid for the app. It crashed six times before I could get my wheel made. The first time I lost all my work and had to start from scratch. I kept going hoping it was just a glitch in the set up process but the first time I did a ‘require sign in to spin’ it crashed.
There doesn’t seem to have been any developer support or updates in a long time, you’d think Apple would take apps that are no longer supported out of the App Store. 🤷🏻♀️

It’s good but needs improvements
This app is amazing and super fun except for when it crashes. This app will randomly crash and you will lose all of your work. This can get super annoying if you have to keep redoing it over and over again!! Besides this the concept is good except I wouldn’t know completely because it keeps crashing and I can’t even finish making one!

Amazing... pretty much
THIS APP IS AMAZING! You can use it for so many things! I also enjoy that you can customize your wheels to your liking!
The only problem is... it glitches. A lot. When I first got the app a couple years ago, it worked fabulously! Now, every time I try to add more than two options, it crashes! :(
If this little thing was fixed, SpinnyWheel would go back to the great and fun app it was before! :)

Was good
The one time I use this it was great but recently I’ve gone back to using it went to make a list for wheeled to spin. But after making about seven options the app closed and I lost all progress. What’s the point of this app if it doesn’t save the progress. Now I just want my money back
