Best TV show app!
I’ve been needing an app to rate my TV shows! as an avid letterboxd user this app has fulfilled that need!! they have literally every show you could possibly think of and you can rate individual seasons which is so amazing. genuinely such an innovative app with quality UX/UI design!

I love TV and this app is great for helping me manage what I’m watching. I can leave reviews and read other reviews and find new shows. I got some feedback from other users on my review and started a chat with them!

Finally, a better TV community
I can see the care behind Spinoff. It feels like the team is trying to build a real community product, not just another engagement machine. That intention comes through, and it gives the platform heart.
What feels especially unique is that the community is global and network-independent. That opens up a different kind of conversation. It is not tied to one platform, one audience, or one narrow version of television fandom. That broader approach makes the experience feel more open, more interesting, and more welcoming.
My biggest feedback is around clarity. In a few places, I wasn’t always sure what to do next or how certain parts of the experience were meant to work together. Tightening onboarding, navigation, and participation cues would make the app easier for new users to understand and enjoy.
What also stands out is that the team listens. I sent feedback directly to the founder, and she made sure it was implemented. That kind of responsiveness is rare, and it says a lot about how seriously they take the user experience and the community they are building.
I also want to be clear that I’m a fan. I plan to keep using the app, and I expect to be an active user because I think there is something genuinely promising here. I’m excited to see something new being built by people who clearly love television and care about creating a place where others can talk about it in a meaningful way. That authenticity comes through, and I think it gives the Spinoff real potential.
