Get your crap together
The company promotes the hell out of this thing and then it isn't ready until the eve of elections. Not to mention that the benefits website is a disaster with redundant information, misinformation, outdated information and dead links. Then you have to create yet another benefits account to use the app and the link in the email they send out is blocked.
