Game Crashes!!

Good Morning!!

First off, I really like playing your games!! They are both entertaining and challenging at the same time!!

I am having issues with this particular game; which gives me no other choice than to delete it. When I try to login to get my hints and jewels back, the game crashes.

Please fix this issue so I can redownload it and enjoy it!!

Glitch

On the first puzzle of the bonus round whr u hv to focus and tap the image won’t let u move the arrows on the last image so now I can’t advance hv to delete

Fun game

The game is fun , something’s make no sense. If you are playing on an I pad , some of the puzzle screens do not show up completely. Some instructions cannot be seen or some items cannot be click on. The I pad screen is not wide enough.

Freezes

Game freezes half way through with a pop up advertising special offer on gems and coins, can’t take it off so can’t continue on game, reinstalled it twice and it’s done it again

Great game shame about be glitches.

Really good game, but having loads of issues hence only 3 stars. The mini games won’t play without me closing the game down and reloading, then the game rules and replay button don’t always come up so have to try reloading again or guess what to do and hope I don’t need a restart. Then now I must be near the end of the game, it’s now crashed and won’t load past the start screen. As soon as I press the start game button it crashes. So can’t complete the game or access the bonus levels. 😔

Game doesn’t work correctly

I’ve played a few of these games. This one after paying for hints doesn’t show them most of the time, thit just takes the coin.

Terrific and Amazing

Another extremely entertaining and terrific adventure. The story and characters make these games such a joy to play and the graphics and challenging puzzles are amazing.
