Ugh
The app never works more than a week before it locks us out and then we have to go in the bank to have them reset it and we have to change our passwords again. App used to be great but now it only works about 10% of the time.
App issues
At least 3 times a week the SpiritBank app is down for “maintenance” and I can’t deposit funds into my personal and business accounts which is a huge inconvenience when running a company.

Thanks a LOT Spirit Bank! There is no reason to exclude iOS 12 users! If you have an older iPhone, Spirit Bank just gave you the middle finger!

The app works well enough, but in-person customer service is lacking. I dread having to do any business with Spirit Bank in-person.

This app is the best. I am a college student, and my mom is able to transfer me my rent money so quickly and easily. Have there been issues in the past? Yes. But SpiritBank is always working to improve them and I haven’t had any issues in a long while.

I downloaded this app and it just pops up with a username. There isn't a first time login or new login or anything. I tried going through the questions but it obviously didn't work. How do you set it up at first?
