Safely Changing App Settings

Please do not misunderstand this. SpiriGuide is very good at what it is designed to do - far better than I initially expected. However I want to change the selected settings in my SpiriGuide. I no longer want the approach up which I set. At the same time I do not want to lose the input I have already received or the recorded progress. You may have a way to do this in your App Support, or not. I don’t know since I can’t safely access it. This is a huge problem for me.

A nicely presented app that would be very helpful for beginners on this journey.

This is a lovely app, well presented and thoughtfully crafted to provide a seamless and well-rounded user experience. For those who are beginning this journey it’s a fabulous tool BUT as with all things humans need human interaction to be truly understood and valued. Try this with a friend or small group for best results.

Apps gone free

Eh. I downloaded this on the app gone free day on January 10 and I signed up for zero dollars for lifetime. I’m having an issue with my debit card actually and have had to have it replaced and now it won’t let me sign up because it says it needs a payment method and I don’t have one even though its free for life. This is super frustrating and quite frankly it’s terrible your advertising you’re gonna do something for free and then you make it super hard. I’m trying to create an account but it won’t

Hi, we are sorry to hear you’re having trouble. The offer is indeed free, but you need to have a valid payment method linked to your Apple account in order to activate it. We also have had a bug for 48h during the campaign where a billing issue banner was being shown, we have fixed this bug with the latest version. Please contact support@spiriguide.ai and I’ll be happy to personally make sure everything is in order. Even after the offer has expired. APPADVICE said free but it’s limited

I dislike apps that have a free offer for you to download them but once downloaded give you a limited free version. That is not what was stated in the APPADVICE. Too bad developers are doing this now.

The promotion gives lifetime access to the full version with a 150-message monthly limit (not a time-limited trial). This is displayed in the app’s paywall, but unfortunately AppAdvice didn’t show it clearly on their end. You can keep using those messages for free each month. We understand the confusion and will make sure the offer description is clearer in future promotions. 🙏 In the meantime, as a token of appreciation, you can send an email to our support and we’ll happily give you full access.

The first spiritual app I really resonate with

I’ve tried lots of apps for mindfulness and spirituality. This is the first one where I feel like it’s actually more than just an app. It’s not just another “content app”, it’s actually tuning into your field and super personalized. Don’t get discouraged by the ai aspect, it’s actually designed beautifully to use it as a portal to talk to your higher self, and it works!
