So close to being great!
I really like this except for the two places where chanting starts. I’m relaxed and moving deeply down into it when out of nowhere this too loud chanting begins and scares the crap out of me. Then I have to try to relax all over again. It’s so frustrating because I would absolutely love this if it wasn’t for that.

Very disappointed as this app definitely didn’t turn out too be what I expected.
Stopping smoking
I tried many different way to try and stop smoking and always failed. In January 2009 I needed to go to the shops to buy some and due to the bad weather decided to try and listen to the stop smoking app. For the price I had nothing to lose. I am pleased to say I have never wanted or had a cigarette since. Thank you Glenn Harold x

Technical issues
There are technical problems with this app. In sleep audio mode, it doesn't switch off when it's finished so carries on with the screen lit and using power. So if you listen when going to bed, and fall asleep, you wake up with no battery charge left. Problem has been reported to developers but no fix yet.. Suggest you wait until update before downloading.

Hello Trish, sorry to hear this, we would suggest re-installing the app. 1. Make sure you are connected to Wi-Fi and signed in with the same Apple ID. 2. On the home screen hold down the app icon for a few seconds and press X. This will uninstall the app. 3. Then go to the App Store and tap on More... then Purchased. Or on iPad just tap Purchased (bottom right). 4. Re-download the app. 5. Open the app. 6. Press Restore (top right) a few times. You may find that turning your phone on and off again and then reopening the app fixes it.

I am a long time fan of Glenn Harrold, I have listened to one of his recordings every night before bed for almost 2 years. He voice is very soothing and I genuinely believe that his apps have improved many areas of my life. I also recommend his range of solfeggio meditations...... And I would like to point out that I am in no way affiliated with Glenn or his company, I just think that he does deserve a lot of praise for his work : )
