Pipeline made eas(ier)
Have used spiro off and on for a while starting back when it was free. The iterations they've built are impressive and I'm here to stay for the paid product. Spiro makes it easy to push through my pipeline on a daily basis. For some of those opportunities where you need to give a touch but don't want to waste time writing a custom note every other day, it's invaluable. Big fan of these guys for the time they're already saving me and look forward to deals closed to come as a result.

I started a new job in Sales and it I tried Spiro just to see how can this help me sell more. I was so excited when it automatically created all of the deal data for me and the funny reminders.

Needs a lot of work.
This app has plenty of potential. It lacks good support for importing contacts. Only the emails import and I have to manually type in the phone number which is incredibly tedious. It's also a pain to delete contacts because there is no option at all, to delete contacts through the app.

Great app
Downloaded it about a week ago, works great with salesforce. Has really helped me keep up to date with my prospects. Highly recommend to anyone in a sales position

Thanks, Jdilv! While you're using it with salesforce.com, it's important for people to also know that Spiro is a full, standalone CRM that works great without Salesforce. In fact, the vast majority of our customers use it without salesforce.com.
Simple, user friendly, and powerful!
This is one of the best CRM systems I've ever used. Spiro streamlines my routine customer contact and ensures that I never miss an opportunity. The product is so easy to use, and it takes out much of the legwork that typical CRM systems require. It is an unbelievable value and could be used by small businesses and large corporations alike. My only regret is that It didn't exist 15 years ago.

I can't believe how cool this app is. How did it fugure out all my deals? I am in real-estate and this is what I have been looking for so long.
Clever app that helps close deals
Every time I open this app or get a reminder, it makes me laugh but also get to the point. It's a very clever and witty approach to syncing with Salesforce and reminding you to reach out to your clients.
With an array of voices and personalities, you can pick which coaching style inspires you to get stuff done. Nothing motivates me more than the Jewish mother voice saying oy....
It helps you prioritize clients and determine which ones haven't heard from you, you has a large deal that needs closing, who needs to be followed up on, etc. There is no doubt it has helped me close more deals all by doing it with a sense of humor.

Thanks for the review! I'm glad Spiro is working for you and I wanted to point out that you don't need Salesforce to use Spiro. Spiro is its own CRM that will allow people to track contacts, opportunities, make forecasts, etc., with the personal sales assistant built in. No salesforce.com subscription required.

Can't sign in. No support.
I really enjoyed reading the blog on Facebook and I was excited to see that I could use my office 365 sign in to register. I tried to do it and it kept telling me that the mail link was not available. I tried it for multiple devices. Nothing worked. There is no way to contact customer support so I deleted the app. What a waste of time.

Finally a simple app to follow up with my clients
I am not in sales, but I own my business and I've been looking for an app like this one. Spiro lets me keep track of my customers in a seamless way set reminders to stay in touch with everyone. I am still amazed that it added my clients automatically in their database. Fabio is too funny!!
Incredible App, Even Better Support
This app is what's up. Our team has HATED Salesforce1, and within minutes of using this, they literally said "wow, this is awesome."
What's even more awesome? Their support. We had a few hiccups with getting a couple people logged in (our fault, not Spiro's) and within minutes of opening a chat from within their website, they had the problem fixed for us.

Smartest sales app I’ve seen
Love the app. It was easy to setup and get started. My favorite feature is “What’s next”. It tells me what to do next with my prospects. Brilliant!

We really like it! Much easier to navigate and update vs salesforce... More functionality is needed to make this a better complimentary app.
Poor Update
Do not require a website to be entered. That may be important to your data collection but it's not relevant to my business. Names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, and opportunity notes are what I need.

Incredibly useful app!
I don't usually write reviews, but this app deserves one. Spiro helps me prioritize my prospects and stay organized. I love the daily notifications of what I should be doing next. The funny personalities are also pretty great. If you work in sales, this app is a mystery-have!

Not what was advertised. An app to just put customer info into with reminders and space to write details on the presentation and the customers needs would be way better. Salesforce is annoying. Weak sauce.

We use this app and love this it! It's super easy to use, and more importantly keeps us on track with key client follow up. This is the best app we have found to make sure we keep up with nurturing new prospects and keep us top of mind with clients.
