App is very slow and glitches
Buggy app - unusable
App is pretty much non functional. Cannot even scroll down or pull up the rewards scanner. Also the point system makes no sense. I ordered $80 worth of food but only got 28 points??
Misleading
App just outsources Doordash. It’s not in house delivery and prices are pretty much the same across the board for other delivery apps. Worse yet, my last delivery got lost since they have no insight into the delivery drivers.
Great app - responsive support
They clearly listened to people about the early issues, the app works smoothly - and every order I earn points for free food!
The app has improved!
It had some issues before and I wrote about them here. The issues are gone now!
